MRTek is run by Michael Robinson (Valley View, Texas, serving businesses across North Texas). This page explains, in plain English, what happens to the information you share with us. If anything here is unclear, email[email protected].
What we collect
When you contact us, book a conversation, request a callback, or apply to the Founding Business Program, we collect what you provide — typically your name, business name, email, phone, and whatever you tell us about your business. When you use the self-assessment, your answers are used to generate your scorecard; you do not need to give an email to see your results. Our website uses privacy-first analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that measures page performance and visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, understand your business well enough to help, and — if you ask us to — do the work. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it except with the service providers we use to run MRTek (for example, email and hosting), and only as needed to operate.
Please don’t send sensitive data
When you fill out a form or email us, please don’t include passwords, payment card details, sensitive customer or employee records, medical information, or other confidential material. A form submission does not create a client relationship.
Your data is yours
You own your business information. You can ask us for a copy of what you’ve shared, or ask us to delete it — subject to any records we’re genuinely required to keep. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.
Changes
We’ll update this page as MRTek grows and revise the “last updated” date above. This is our plain-language explanation of how we handle information; it isn’t legal advice.
